Advisory for founders and operators

Capital, strategy, and structure for founders who need more than advice.

Echel works alongside founders at the moments that make or break a company: raising capital, winning non-dilutive funding, running the business better, and closing a chapter the right way.

How it works

Four steps from first call to handoff

  1. Step 1

    Discovery call

A short conversation about where the company is and what needs to happen next.

  2. Step 2

    Proposal and scope

A clear written scope with deliverables, timeline, and fees.

  3. Step 3

    Engagement

Hands-on work alongside your team, with regular check-ins.

  4. Step 4

    Deliverables and handoff

You keep the materials, systems, and relationships we build together.
